Think invoice declarations, power of attorney given to a company representative, board resolutions, ownership statements, anything a company signs and swears to for trade or legal purposes abroad. Since it’s tied to a firm rather than an individual, it usually has to pass through the Chamber of Commerce first, and only then reaches the MEA for the final apostille.
An Educational Affidavit is closer to what students run into, a sworn statement clearing up a mismatch between your school and college records, or your name spelling across different certificates.
